Design	Include in Install or if separated at the governments request NTE 5% of product Net. Also may negotiate an NTE hour based fee
Cancellation	NC prior to production Cost Incurred during production
Restocking	Written Authorization required 25% Restocking charge applies Return freight paid and borne by customer Return items shall be in "salable condition" to receive credit
